The Hot and Cold Nesting Rack holds up to 20 trays. Casters will withstand oven or freezer temperatures. Accommodates 21-1/4" maximum pan size. Will accommodate 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep pans produced by Vollrath, USECO, SECO and Polar.
